Tanvir Siddiqui
DIRECTOR & SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from American International University-Bangladesh (2018). I started my career as a VR Application Developer intern and went on to join my university as a VR Developer and Trainer — a role driven by my passion for both building technology and teaching it.
Since then, I have worked with local and international companies — developing interactive digital solutions, managing software projects, and providing IT consultation. In 2024, I founded NxtTech Studio with a clear vision: to be a one-stop destination for software development and R&D solutions.

I can have a deep technical conversation with my engineers in the morning and clearly communicate progress and strategy to a business owner in the afternoon. With over five years of experience, I know how to identify risks early and resolve them before they impact timelines or quality. I lead technical teams, define roadmaps aligned with industry trends, and facilitate collaboration between engineers and business stakeholders to deliver results that actually matter.
